About me

As an international Certified Personal Trainer, Menopause Coaching Specialist, wife, and mom to 3 boys, I understand the challenges of raising a family and staying motivated to exercise on a regular basis. As a woman, I understand the frustration we face with our hormones during and after pregnancy, peri-menopause and menopause. I also understand the desire to lose those extra kilos & have better stamina. And as a mom to teenagers, I understand the dreams of big biceps and six pack abs. Whatever stage you are in at the moment, I am here for you.
